Every branch of engineering is good in its own field. You should choose the branch according to your interest.

If by best you mean in terms of placement , then Computer Science comes on top as most of the companies are now a days looking for people skilled with IT and Coding skills.

Apart from Computer Science  , Information Technology , Electronics and Communication , Mechanical are also good.
