It depends on your interest and what you are good at. Mostly according to recent survey these are some of the easiest course according to different students,
  • Environmental engineering
  • Industrial engineering
  • Architectural engineering

And according to some of them
  • Computer science
  • information technology
.
Here if you are very good at maths and have a grip on programming the starting 3 courses will be tuff for you and if you are good at some technical stuff the above 2 courses will be harder for u... So you need to check them with your interests.
