Maths is a necessary and important subject to understand and study if you are going for Engineering but if your Maths is good, then you can go for Engineering branches like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, etc.You don’t understand problems, you did not have good teacher, your basics are not strong, you get stuck while solving. See, there is nothing that cant be achieved in maths as its all about proper thinking and applying proper steps.Same applies in engineering.You can still become an average engineer and can have a decent earning but if you want to become a pro/exceptional then you must need good maths sills.Lastly, let your education not interfere with your learning. If you have interest in maths learn yourself!

Firstly maths is there in every branch, but indirectly so you must practice it.
But if you choose chemical, metallury, mining then you have to study maths lesser comparatively to the other branches.
