All depends upon your interest ,you might be well known it's a common saying that do whatever you like , follow your passion so always choose the branch in which you have interest because there are two benefits of it ,first is that you will like  to work and never feel bored while doing your work and second benefit is that if you select the branch you like the most then you will be very strong in that branch you can clear any interview ,exam because your basics will be clear and you will have good knowledge regarding that branch 

Now if you want to select the branch on the basis of placements then I will say ECE  over EEE and EIE because As per some previous year placement stats the ECE recruiting companies has increased and they also have chances of getting jobs in IT companies

  And you can also expect your  career  in government sectors also like in NTPC ,RRB  etc but if look at EEE and EIE then there are very less core companies for that.

Exposure to Core electronics as well as programming is more. EEE deals with higher voltages 100s and Kilovolts, while ECE deals with just 5V generally. EIE as far as I can say is a younger brother to ECE.

In EEE, students have to study Electrical as well as Electronics. It is the study and application of electrical systems for use in different environments and contains basic electronic courses and more power system. In ECE, the scope to land into government jobs is great.

In EIE you study more about instrumentation and process control whereas ECE is more about communication. But both have equal career opportunities, in fact for competitive exams EIE bears less competition. ECE students can also get recruited in software companies but EIE has lesser chances.
