Hi aspirant,
Bachelor in Technology itself is a vast branch and no matter which ever branch you take you would have to study many subjects that include Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, aptitude, differential equations, ethics and values and many others which are common for each of the branches mentioned above. The branch you should select should be completely based upon area of your interest because you would have to study the course subject for entire 4 years and if you do not find it of your domain you would face trouble.
In case you do not have any specific interest or choices I would suggest you to go with computer science and engineering as it has the best placement opportunities and is fun to learn if you have even a little bit of interest in coding. Also this is the most demanded branch among the aspirants for engineering. Following this comes ECE you would learn the development of various electronic parts and softwares. This branch also has good placements so in case you are a geek who likes to play with circuits and components then it is the correct branch for you. Electronics and electrical engineering like its name suggest completely deals with development of electrical particle and components and has a good demand in today's world with lots of gadgets. So this would be the order that I would suggest but it can differ as per your personal interest and believe me that should be the best choice.
Hope it helps!
