Hello
First of all the best stream for you is in which you're interested in as both are totally different branches.
But according to me, Mechanical is best branch.
We are king of Engineering !!!!
Here's why
Computer science branch is not fun at all if you're not a fan, you just have to sit 247 infront of a computer and do coding. Whereas mechanical if full of excitement engines, dams, aeroplanes, railway ,boilers, designing, you can see/feel/learn with your heart.Job opportunities: No doubt CS have more higher starting package, but competition is soo much in this field that if you're not a pro, job with good package is difficult bro. On the other hand Mechanical engineer have low starting package but there job is secure, as there is shortage of good mechanical engineer in this field, also your package increase by experience, and it's fun to work.In CS you don't have much streams, you will do one of programming, developers, codding, or data interpretations. But in mechanical there is vast variety of opportunity, designing, thermal, manufacturing, aerospace, aeronautical, dams and much much more than you can Imagine.
So guys if you're not sure which branch to take, take Mechanical.
I hope it will help you
Good luck....
