It really depends upon your personal interests and where you would want to see yourself in the future. If you take Bio Technology , forget about immediate placements, you will definetly have to do a post graduation. Whereas the same is not necessary with B.Tech Chemical Engineering. You can expect campus placements.
So if you're more into research, go for bio, if you're looking to get placed immediately, go for chemical.
