Greetings!

I'll explain what are these branches, read that carefully and decide yourself according to your interest.

Instrumentation Engineering is a specialized branch of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, primarily focusing on the principles and operations of measuring instruments used in the design and configuration of automated systems. Instrumentation technology helps create, construct and maintain measuring and control devices and systems found in manufacturing plants and research institutions. Hence those with B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Electronics, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering can find jobs in these fields. Public-sector companies such as Instrumentation Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd. and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. provide job opportunities. Instrumentation Engineering is the basis of mechatronics and robotics engineering. Its main objective is to ensure that systems and processes operate safely and efficiently. Several institutions offer higher study facilities in Instrumentation and Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related branches such as Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) offers exciting opportunities over a wide range of activities from research and design to operations. Electrical and electronics engineers are involved in the design and development of electric equipment and machines that generate, transmit, and distribute electricity. B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) offers balanced modules of electrical, electronics, control, and telecommunications supported by basic units in analysis, software, and engineering sciences. In electrical and electronics engineering programme, a student will learn to use the latest working culture of electrical equipment, machines, power systems, energy management and distribution systems. The EEE department contains wide range of laboratories like machine lab, power systems lab, electrical workshops, R & D Labs for project designing, and virtual instrument workstations with different software and hardware prototyping boards. Students will use these workstations for designing and testing the circuits and for creating modern programmable intelligent electrical & electronic system applications/appliances. State of the art laboratories and availability of highly competent faculties make this course the best electrical and electronics engineering program in the region.

I hope this was helpful. Thank you!
