Which branch should I take for career in robotics from IIT Bombay, my interested branches are electrical, mechanical & aerospace.

Hello dear,
For robotics, you can either choose electrical or mechanical. Both will help you to build your career in robotics. As you are interested in both, I would suggest you to go through the syllabus of both so that it will enhance your view and it will help you to choose according to your interest.
