2.Basic information regarding Various technology

3.you need to be an expert in your field you are a TPM in .

For becoming a Technical program manager you must obtain a bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, computer science, or a similar field. So, If you are really adamant on doing B.Tech then you can pursue B.Tech in Computer Science branch.
