The cutoffs are with respect to 2018 and this year,it even depends on the competion. But still,take a look:
GM - CSE-190 CE-3200 ECE -400 EEE-730 ISE-320 ME-830.
HKR- CSE - 2010 ECE-4450 EEE-8000 ISE-4000 ME-3700
The cut-offs for different branches (CSE, ECE, EEE, ME) varies every year.
