The scores which you have can land you up with BITS DUBAI campus on some branches but not in India. In India, the BITS Campuses actually requires crossing at least 250+ marks to reach the least demanded branch's cut-off.

I'm sorry you cannot get any branch in any of the bits campuses (pilani,Goa, Hyderabad).Because the least cutoff also will be greater than 260.
