Actually, this is difficult to predict because cut off / closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon several factors  like

• number of students which appeared in TS EAMCET

• Difficulty level of TS EAMCET examination

• number of seats available for different branches

• number of students from different categories i. e general/obc/sc/st etc

As per  2019 cut off, in OU you have chances in branches like :-

• MECHANICAL ENGINEERING :- 3964

• CIVIL ENGINEERING  :- 4778

• CHEMICAL ENGINEERING  :- 9007

• BIO-MEDICAL ENGINEERING  :- 10308

• FOOD PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY :-  15980

So, out of the all the above branches in which you have chances, mechanical is the best one but still it depends on your interest abd your preference etc.
