Hey Aspirant,
There is no such type of thing for B.Tech branch for an average student. It all depends on your interest on your side for engineering. If you like electronics go for ECE or EEE or ETC. If you like structure, buildings, architecture, etc go for Civil Engineering. If you like machines go for mechanical. And so more and so forth. it depends on what you like and how you can treat that subject at your best level. There are many cases that a topper get backlogs and a very low scorer in 10+2 get into the best company. Just one advise never mug up any subject, learn from basics and clear your basics that will help you to score good marks.
