WHICH CAREER IS BEST FOR RESEARCH: B.SC. BIOTECHNOLOGY OR B.TECH IN BIOTECHNOLOGY?
Hello,
If you are going for research the BSC is better than Btech Biotechnology
The major difference of btech and Bsc courses are
- BSc is the study of sciences, BSc is about knowing and learning science theoretically more
- BTech is the study of technology, BTech is more practical based on creative designing
- BTech is a professional degree in engineering
- BSc is a 3 year course , Btech is 4 year course and more practical oriented
- Bsc courses are by and large exploration related and doesnt prepare you for industries ,anyway B tech makes you industry prepared and shows you according to the engineeering points of view of information.
These are the major difference of Btech and Bsc coureses irrespective of subject /branch / colleges
Hope this helps you
Best wishes for your future
Heyyy Sourav......
Biotechnology can be classified into two broad categories:
- R&D in Biological Sciences
- Industrial Processes.
B.Tech degree in Biotechnology encompasses both the biological sciences as well as the engineering aspect of Biotechnology. A BSc degree on the other hand focuses more on the biological sciences aspect of Biotechnology. Finally, there nothing like BTech being better than BSc or vice versa, it's just about making your choices according to your long term goals.
