If you compare the two career options, in my opinion BDS has a far better scope.

If you choose BAMS, there is very very few countries except India who recognize Ayurveda as a science course and hence there would be no way you could practice outside of India.

BDS on the other hand, is a recognized field of Science and has the same respect and reputation as MBBS all over the world.

You can try for higher studies abroad or attend foreign seminars as well.
