You have to choose the category you belong to. If you belong to any reserved category then you have to present the required documents for the same during counselling. As you belong to BC-B category so you have to take care of that.

Moreover, getting a free seat also depends on the cut off rank. If your rank falls under the closing rank for the college in which  you want to apply for bipc then you will get a free seat. It is preferable to sit for counselling under reserved category because that increases your chances.

For getting free seat in courses for bipc you need to get rank below 10k irrespective of your category. However if you some special quota like army or sports you may get free seat in agriculture, horticulture or bpharmacy course.

As of now with rank 18302 and bc b category you can get bpharmacy private seat.
