Congratulations on getting such a wonderful rank by your performance in higher secondary examinations. See the fee category you will get depends upon the course you opt for. For example if you want to get a seat in core CSE your fee category will be 2. Similarly if you prefer some specializations your chances of getting lower fee category become better. It would have been better although if you had mentioned the desired program. Please respond in the comments with the desired course so that I can help you further.
But it is uttermost confirm that you will find a place in one of the either campuses.
