its quite hard to get cse in vit vellore in category 1 with this rank. Based on previous cuttoff for cse is 6000 rank in category 1. One of my cousin got cse in category  2 his rank was 6894 . if not category 1  you will definitely get in category 2. if you want to do  ece or it  in vit vellore you will definitely get in category 1. cut off rank for ece or it  7000  in category 1.
