UIET is above in ranking than CCET.
But, as far as placements are concerned you'll be dissapointed in that domain.
So, I will suggest you to choose ece of uiet and at last, all depends on your interest.

The best thing to do is find out which college and course you are more interested in and then place them based on your priority . If you are interested in Biotechnology more than ECE than place the option with biotechnology above the ECE branch option and vice-versa. Choice filling totally depends on your priority so research about your interests well and then choose wisely.
