Mumbai,Kolkata and Hyderabad are one of the most developed cities of India and are good in their respective places. Also, you will have to face  certain challenges in any city you choose to go.Hence,it entirely depends on your choice. Mumbai,Kolkata and Hyderabad have some really good medical colleges where you can learn a lot. Coming to the 'fun' part,I would advise you to make some good friends to experience the essence college life.
