You need to fill the Jee application form with improvement marks sheet if the marks sheet is not yet released by the examination board then you need to fill the form as appearing candidates for Jee mains exam. It is not necessary that you need to get 75% marks in your 12th standard. But remember a point that you need to have 75% marks in your intermediate if you are willing to attempt Jee Advance exam.

As you have secured 76% in class 12th improvement exam, then you are eligible to huve jee mains and are also eligible to take admission in nits or iiits or gftis as per your jee mains rank.
Now, you have passed your class 12th with 72%, then you do not have to give this result. Instead you can give your class 12th improvement results. Also note that, you have to fill the class 12th passing year when you first passed, your class 12th.

The marks scored in class 12th are considered to determine the eligibility of a candidate to get Admission into IITs/NITs/IIITs. You need to fill the improvement examination marks. If you have appeared for improvement examination in all subjects then you need to calculate the aggregate percentage of all subjects in which you have appeared. If you have appeared for improvement examination in one or two subjects then you need to calculate the marks of the improvement subjects score(if the score is higher) and the remaining subjects score from the regular examination subjects.
