Both the colleges are good for management studies but I would recommend you with RIIM Pune as it is really good in terms of placements and has very good amount of packages for its students. Also, it has very good faculty, their teaching methods are very amazing. It also provides practical exposure to the students.

I have visited RIIM college , their professor helped me in better way which course and which specialization to choose . The above mentioned Institutes are good, but I will suggest for PGDM, RIIM Pune is the best one. RIIM is the only institute at PUNE which is having collaboration with IIMs and providing MDP program for the career growth. RIIM Pune is affiliated with Savitribai Phule University for MBA and AICTE approved for PGDM. As we all know now a days Companies are giving more importance to PGDM. Reputed companies are recruiting PGDM students more. Why so, In PGDM, Students are trained with Practical Exposure with the help of Case Analysis, Role Plays, Report Writing, Mini Projects, Placement Readiness Training, Domain specific knowledge sessions and activities. So the PGDM Students become more focused in all these area. But at RIIM Pune equivalent weight-age is given to both the courses. So RIIM has designed its curriculum in such a way that both practical and theoretical aspects are covered. MBA/PGDM+ Employability+MDP is the course where students get the domain knowledge as well as the practical Exposure.
