As you have secured 60900 rank in the TS EAMCET it is ok
As per the analysis of data of previous year you can get seat in CSE or IT .
It's hard to get in top 20 colleges but don't worry you can secure seat of CSE or IT in the deserved college
In the second round of counselling you can secure that
