Hey

predicting the college as of now based on any marks you get is difficult as of now

cut off varies every year depending on the difficulity of the question paper

but yes if you want a low budget private college you need to keep your aim a little higher to be at a stable rank

fill in your 15% quota college choices based on the fee structure then & score higher to get a low budget private college because fees is increasing every year
