DIT University is better than Quantum University with respect to placements, academic records and opportunities.

It has better rating than Quantum University.

For cyber security I prefer DIT university Dehradun as it is named university for CSE where as quantum college of Roorkee recently get the tag of university.If you are willing to join the DIT university then it is the best option the classes and infrastructure are good the placement records are also good. But You have 1benifit In quantum university is that it has  collaboration with IIT Roorkee. The professors from IIT Roorkee often visit and take classes their.
