If you want to pursue Aerospace Engineering then the best is IIST. As IIST is a great college to learn from the best space scientist in India i.e., the scientist of ISRO. Also having a +8GPA in the coursework you will get a direct chance to be a scientist at ISRO.
Apart from this IIT Kanpur, Madras, IIEST Shibpur etc are the best among IITs. In private sector you may think of SRM.
