Both IIST and ATC are good private colleges in Indore and have Computer Science Engineering branch for B. Tech. The fee for IIST is Rs. 50,000/- per year whereas the fee of ATC is Rs. 63,000/- per year. Both colleges provide admission based on your JEE - Main Rank. The highest package from IIST is Rs. 1,250,000/- with companies like Idea, IBM, Amazon, and Cognizant visiting the campus. • Accreditation NBA

• facilities like boys hostel, gym, cafeteria, sports, library, medical. (wifi not provided)

Since almost everything is same except the fees i would say Indore institute of science & technology is better.
