Jawaharlal Nehru Technological UniversitY is the best university in whole of Andhra Pradesh when it comes to education, infrastructure. It is government college where seat for any coarse has to be hard earned through MCET (entrance exam).
Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KLEF), is an higher educational institution Deemed to be University which is also well reputed yet JNTU remains in the first place.
