Hello Avinash,
The overall standard of IEM and Heritage is almost same. In academics, both colleges are same too. I can say that placements of IEM is just a little bit better than Heritage , but Heritage is also very good(in 2015, 508 students were placed in TCS in Heritage ). ... IEM also lacks of good infrastructures and large campus.
Last decision is yours.

Thats true both college have alot similarity.I would prefer IEM because of it's placement is more appreciable and the discipline is also good.Bt heritage lacks that it has only a big campus.Which is attractive.
Does affliation of these two colleges create any differece?
No difference in affiliation. You can choose anyone you want. Little bit difference is only in placements.
