Hey,
Don't go for the general MBA being offered at UPES, if you're planning for a particular specialization then it's better to take up the relevant course from the start. If you opt for general MBA, you'll be taught common subjets for the first year & asked what you want to major in in final year and will be taught those for an year. On the other hand, if you opt for MBA International Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management, you'll be taught subjects concerning that specialization from semester one which would be a much better choice i believe. And if you do go for International Business, go for IBS rather then UPES, IB at UPES isn't very well established as of now in terms of summer internships as well as placements.
