You did not mention your category. But with 560 marks if you belong to SC/ST,  here are few Colleges in Kerala in which you can get Admission.

• Amrita school of medicine
• Sree gokulam Medical college
• Amala Institute of medical science
• Believers church medical college
• KMCT  medical college
• TD medical college
• Karuna medical college

Here are few government Colleges in which you can try for a seat,

• Government medical college,Kannur, Thrissur,kottyam, Kozhikode etc. But cut offs change every year and so if you belong to General Category, 560 will be less.
