which collage should i choose dtu environmental engineering/ physics engineering or nit agartala electronics and instrumental engineering?

I think if like any other student you prefer Placements and Academics over Research, do choose NIT Agartala Electronics and Instrumentation. In todays date, NIT Agartala is perhaps the most important institute in North East after IIT Guwahati and NIT Silchar. It has excellent infrastructure, faculty and research facilities and more or less standard placements in domains of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Science.

Environmental or Engineering Physics at DTU are both good only if you plan a career in Research or plan to go abroad or to higher technical institutes in India like Top IITs or IISc Bangalore for a Masters degree.

in environmental engineering is there a scope of government jobs... since i want to take a government jobs....

Hello Dear Student,

Both the colleges are good, I am giving you comparison between both the colleges and their branches asked by you.

DTU Environmental Engineering:

1. Excellent Laboratory

2. Good Faculty

2. Good Research Publications in the department

3. Opportunity to work on various Projects running in the department

4. It is situated in Delhi so Opportunities for Various National and International Conferences.

5. Placement is Good and Good future Options in Higher Education like M.Tech and PhD.

DTU Engineering Physics:

1. If you are interested in Physics then you can go with this but this branch doesn't have a lot to offer, it's a Pure Science.

2. If you are interested in pursuing Masters and PhD in Future then you can work as a Reseracher or Professor.

3. Field is totally related to Academics and Research.

4. Placement only in limited sectors.

NIT Agartala Electronics and Instrumental Engineering:

1. Good Infrastructure (Academic buildings, Hostels, Auditorium, Sports facilities, Gym, Student Activity Building, etc.) and Lush Green Campus.

2. Good Laboratories equipped with required number of instruments because it is a Central Government Institution.

3. Good Faculty, but average Teaching and Research as Compared to Other NIT's.

4. Average campus Placement.

Kumar meena Yes, you can work with Various Government Agencies like NEERI, Pollution Control Board of Different States, you can work as a Assistant Enviornment Engineer with various Govt institutions.
