Both colleges are good and they are running under karnataka government.
But HASSAN Institute of medical science have little bit higher than Mandy . Hassan institute of medical science is located 180km far from capital town in a region where most of year is rainy season. So you will enjoy climate a lot.
Even academics and faculties are too good and supportive.
