You may get or may not get admission in NIT , IIIT, GIFT in JEE main 2018 . You may not get admission in Home state as it depends on number of rank holders above you applying for same. You can also apply for outer states such as in Eastern region Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Mizoram etc. In home state you may or may not get Mechanical or Civil branch.



Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .

Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's. Also look for Deemed to be Universities , Private universities etc.
