2020 Cutoff depends on number of candidates appeared in the exam, number of seats present, last year cutoff trends and difficulty of paper.
According to the previous year cutoff trends for government colleges in Maharashtra you need 561 marks for SEBC category to get admission in Grant Medical college and sri JJ Group of hospitals, Mumbai. For Lokmanya Tilak municipal general hospital and Lokmanya Tilak Municipal medical college, Mumbai you need to score 543 marks. For Rajiv Gandhi medical college and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj hospital , Thane you need 522 marks.

According to your marks in NEET your rank may range from 14100-150000.You have less chaance to get seat through 15% all india quota.Try for the state level quota.Cant say you will get government college or not as the cutoff trend changes every year.Cutoff totally depends on the number of students and their score and the dificulty level of exam.
