Dear Aspirant,
With such a low percentile you will not be able to get any college. Moreover, CS branch is the top branch of engineering and therefore require good percentile to get admission in CS branch too.
I suggest you should take a drop and prepare again for the exam. Give exam next year and try to score at least 90 percentile and if you want to do CSE then try to go above 93. Because CSE is of no use if you do it from some bad college as there will be no placement at all in such colleges.
