Hi there,
If you belong to general category then 84 Percentile is very low score to get into any Nit Or any college under josaa counselling.
Although you can get into some low ranked private college of your state but definitely not into any top college.
And nit and iiits are really impossible with this percentile.
Try to score more than 96+ percentile to get into such top college.
