Generally during you rank card result your common list rank (crl) will be mentioned along with your category rank.And usually both the ranks are taken into consideration during counselling.Since you have reservation , you have chances of getting into nits,iiits and gftis with your rank but you might not get good branch.You can get good branch only in andhra pradesh as it is your home state.
