Which college can i get with 450 marks in neet 2020, I'm from odisha general category?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hello candidate, let me explain you one thing if you score above 650 then you will get MAMC and above 635 surely a delhi college. Above 610 you will get colleges like Seth GS, IMS BHU, GMC chandigarh and many top state colleges. Above 590 top state colleges through state quota, second best through AIQ ( all india quota). Above 560 top college through state quota , decent medical colleges elsewhere. Above 540 you can get pretty good colleges in home state then with 510 get state college comfortably, borderline to get through AIQ. Above 490 get college in state, not a good one ( no chances in AIQ). With 480 borderline for state state quota and below this private med. colleges.
This is just a general prospective about neet marks ....
Thank you have a nice day...
Richa, in 2019 under State Quota, 508 marks secured a seat in Bikaner Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off for General Category. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So with 450, a seat in Government Medical Colleges is difficult. And 491 was the cut off for General Category in Private Medical College. So with 450, a seat in MBBS is difficult in both Government and Private Medical Colleges. And again 460 was the least score for a seat in BDS. So to be honest, 450 might not get a seat either in MBBS or BDS for you. You will need more than 525. If you can manage 525 atleast, you can get a seat in GMC or Government Quota of a Private Medical College.
