Which college I can get in Delhi University with BO4 80 percent for BA Prog. Being an OBC -NCL .Kindly suggest all the colleges .

Your chances of getting a good college at university of Delhi is close to negligible, your bfs isn't enough to land you in a good college. Because for BA programme, you need a got bfs around 85% because the cutoff is usually high and this time, the expected cutoff is likely to increase.
