Try for Punjab Enginering college (PEC)
And if your cgpa is good then try for DTU as in DTU the cgpa is also considered while preparing the merit list.

With this rank it would be very difficult for you to get into iits or nits for m tech program.
And my suggestion is you should always try to get into such best colleges.
