You can get many NIT and some IIT(not the top). And your selection of branch is also play an important role like if you want thermal or design so that is little bit tough and if you go with material then you can.

But if you have courage to wait till winter session so you can get IIT if your luck is with you then you can get Madras, Delhi, Bombay easily.

Your selection is also depends upon what you want to do Mtech,MS, Direct PhD, Mtech+PhD…I write this thing to the minimum cutoff.

Mostly person don't do Mtech+PhD but in my thinking that is a very good way to do good in future you get more than 20lac pa after successful completion of your course in those 6 year you can start your own start up or you can study for exams like CSE/ESE and after giving 6th attempt I am damn sure if you can get 700 in gate you can definitely get into any services.
