Congrats. 616 seems like a good score for NEET Entrance. The entrance is on 720 marks and 50% is considered as qualifying marks for general category while 40% is said to be for the reserved categories. 616 means you have clearly qualified NEET. Admission at Govt Medical Colleges are tight and category wise ranking would be also there. It also depends on All India Quota or State Quota, in which you want to seek admission. Even though you have fair chances with good score, it clearly depends on the state andtheir cut off.
