All the three are the prestigious and excellent Colleges. VIT Vellore is a private deemed college having good infrastructure, providing courses such as b.tech, m.tech, BSc, etc., The fee ranges upto 8 lakhs depending on the course you choose. Its a NAAC A credited college.

IIIT Hyderabad is also a NAAC A credited deemed college providing courses such as b.tech, MS, PhD etc., The college has all the necessary infrastructure, fees ranging upto 14 lakhs.
IIIT Banglore has similarities with IIIT Hyderabad.
It depends on you what you feel like choosing and are comfortable with.
