Hello.



So, they are both Universities, under which there a number of constituent colleges affiliated to the University. Delhi University has one of the best and most number of constituent colleges, which is 64. IPU has substantially a low number of colleges.



When it comes to learning quality, DU has traditionally been at the top list in the country. This bows down to high-class faculty, top class infrastructure, solid alumni network and legacy.



However, in recent times, IPU has grown substantially. In courses like journalism, it is said to be even better than Delhi University.



Overall, I would say Delhi University. However, it's a subjective matter and depends on what you are looking for specifically.
