I would recommend LPU for the Agriculture programme over Siksha 'O' Anusandhan(SOA).
My cousin completed BSc in Agriculture programme from LPU and got placed in a reputed company.
LPU is the 1st private university that got approval from ICAR. LPU has 1200+ acres of agricultural land for agriculture students only.
(i). The School of Agriculture is approved for accreditation for a period of five years with a GPAC of 3.42
(ii) The following degree programmes are approved for accreditations:
BSc. (Hons.) Agriculture
MSc. Agriculture {Horticulture (Fruit Science)}
MSc. Agriculture (Agronomy)
MSc. Agriculture (Genetics and Plant Breeding)
The maximum package offered for in Agri. at LPU is 19.25 LPA and the average package is 3.4 LPA.

Hi, since both the colleges have their uniqueness in agriculture studies. But one point need to be considered that LPU have the more advance facilities and technology in the field of agriculture in the whole India so it would be better if you opt LPU.
