I will give you a gist about the two colleges first.

Burdwan Raj college:

Placement:There are almost no placement opportunities in this course as it is a Government colleges.

Infrastructure: The campus is huge with well maintained classrooms and laboratories. There is a canteen as well as cycle stand. There is a hostel as well.

Faculty- There are well educated teachers most of whom have doctorate degree. The faculty is friendly and helpful. the students also give feedback about the teachers every month. If needed the faculty conducts extra classes.

Bankura Indas Mahavidyalaya:  To be honest there is not much about this college on the internet as it has been established recently (2006) whereas Burdwan Raj college has been established in 1881. On comparing the two I think Burdwan Raj College is better. However you can check both of them again (personally if possible)
