You ideally will find BCA Course in any Public Central or State University and City College Nowadays. But since your focus is on Placements as well as Infrastructure, I believe you must conaidee Private Universities like VIT Vellore, CHRIST Bangalore, Manipal University SRM, LPU or perhaps GGSIPU New Delhi.

However, I would advise you, to pursue MCA from Top NITs like NIT Trichy, Warangal, Surathkal, Calicut, Jamshedpur, Jaipur, Nagpur or Allahabad after Completion of BCA, for better career scope and prospects, provided you are interested in a career in the IT, Software and Computer Application Industry.
