Bhawanipur Education Society, Kolkata:-

Placements: The placement cell is quite good here. Approximately 60%-70% of students got placed in campus placements from B.Com (Hons). The average salary package offered is nearly 4 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Ey, Deloitte and PwC participate in the placement cell. Internship opportunities are given in the 2nd and 3rd years to almost every student. About 90%-95% of students enjoy the benefits of internships with the collaboration of TEDx.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not available in BESC, but the campus is very well and top-notch. Library, labs and canteen are very spacious, smart and beautiful. Classrooms are completely air-conditioned, and smart class facilities are available there. You will definitely like the BESC campus.

Faculty: Faculty members here are highly qualified, well behaved and good with their students. The course curriculum is very much relevant and makes students industry-ready and well trained in their respective fields. There are 6-semester exams in 3 years. Exams are quite easy, and you have to learn them with your smart work. The pass percentage is approximately 40%.

Scottish Church College:-

Placements: A very few students seek jobs after graduated from this college. Placement opportunities are available, but with extremely meagre salary packages. Moreover, specialist profiles are not offered. TCS is the top recruiting company for the college. The college does not provide any internship opportunity.

Infrastructure: Opportunities provided to play sports are limited here, but there are very much sports facilities. The college has its own cricket team and contingent for table tennis and badminton. The college has a great library with facilities like Wi-Fi facility to access paid articles and journals for free of cost, for which the college has already a subscription. The canteen and hostel are pretty decent here.

Faculty: Faculty members here are good, highly qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them are extremely helpful. The course structure is highly theoretical. It also provides a great theoretical base but doesn't equip students with software and programming languages.
